Job summary

DataSnipper is hiring a GTM Engineer to build and run the Data, Systems & AI Engineering layer underpinning the company''s GTM and Business Operations stack. You will design and own the CRM data architecture, enrich data with external signals, and orchestrate integrations across the stack to enable Marketing, Sales, CS, and BD to operate on clean, governed data daily.

Qualifications

2–4 years in RevOps, marketing/sales/CS ops, data/CRM admin or related role.
AI fluency you actually use in workflows and automation.
A builder's mentality: ship automations and scalable solutions.
Comfort owning data models, integrations, and governance.
Commercial bias: focus on impact on deals and pipeline.
Cross-functional comfort across marketing, sales, CS, and engineering languages.

Responsibilities

Own CRM data architecture and HubSpot data model evolution.
Implement lead routing, ICP, and territory logic within CRM.
Build and maintain enrichment and signals using Clay, ZoomInfo, Apollo, Clearbit, Starbridge.
Own GTM tool integrations (Gong, Snowflake, Clay, Default AI, Starbridge, dialers).
Develop account scoring models and Clay functions for sales/marketing.
Create AI-driven workflows and agents (Claude, Default AI) for revenue teams.
