Job summary

Cencora's Alloga unit in the Netherlands is seeking a logistics specialist to translate customer needs into commercial solutions and lead improvements across warehouses and production facilities. You will design tools for continuous improvement, participate in cross-border projects, and support managers with key logistics issues.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in logistics or related field.
2+ years in logistics, transportation, or warehouse operations.
Strong English communication skills.
Experience with Excel; Power BI is a plus.
Knowledge of GDP/GMP is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Translate customer needs into commercial solutions for customers and the organization.
Lead improvements at national level for warehouses and production facilities.
Design tools and processes for continuous system improvement.
Participate in Alloga projects in the Netherlands and Europe.
Support senior managers with logistics-related issues.
Analyze incidents and propose long-term solutions.
Ensure quality, product integrity and patient safety.
Prepare presentations and dashboards on progress and performance.
Share changes clearly with stakeholders.
