Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, warehouse operations, or related field.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel; Power BI is a plus.
• Experience with warehouse management, automation systems, and CAD software.
• Supply chain experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector.
• Knowledge of GDP and/or GMP is an advantage.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Clear and effective communication, especially in English; Dutch a plus.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer needs in commercial processes into solutions suitable for the customer and organization.
• Initiate improvements at a national level for warehouses and/or production facilities with supply chain partners.
• Design tools, models, and processes for continuous system improvement; facilitate improvement workshops.
• Participate in projects across Alloga, Netherlands and Europe.
• Follow documented instructions in the quality management system.
• Lead or support solution design, improvement, and change projects within Alloga.
• Support managers and project teams with logistics-related issues.
• Analyze incidents and propose long-term solutions.
• Identify bottlenecks, risks and opportunities for optimization.
• Develop practical solutions to improve performance and efficiency.
