Job summary

Cencora, in connection with its Alloga 3PL operations in Europe, seeks a QA Specialist to ensure GDP/GMP compliance and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System within a pharmaceutical logistics setting.

You will perform audits, manage CAPAs, and support cross-functional teams to uphold regulatory standards and quality awareness across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in pharmacy, life sciences, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years’ QA experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, logistics, or 3PL.
• Knowledge of GDP/GMP and applicable pharmaceutical quality standards.
• Experience with audits, deviations, CAPA, document control, and quality systems.
• Experience with computerized systems in a regulated environment.
• Experience delivering training programs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, perform, and report internal audits of systems and processes.
• Coordinate external audits by customers, suppliers, certification bodies, and regulatory authorities.
• Conduct or support supplier audits and follow up on audit findings.
• Monitor non-conformances, complaints, CAPAs, and improvement actions.
• Identify quality risks and support CAPA implementation.
• Maintain and improve quality procedures, work instructions, and the quality manual.
• Support document control and management of quality records in relevant systems.
• Provide quality-related advice to operations and support process improvements.
• Develop or deliver training materials to promote quality awareness and compliance.
• Communicate quality, safety, and regulatory requirements organization-wide.
• Represent QA in contacts with customers, suppliers, auditors, and regulators when required.

This role is in support of Cencora's third party logistics service in Europe operating through our Alloga business.

We are seeking a QA Specialist to support the effective operation and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System within a pharmaceutical 3PL environment. The successful candidate will help ensure that all activities are performed in compliance with applicable GDP/GMP standards, internal procedures, customer requirements, and relevant regulatory obligations.

The Purpose of the Role is to ensure that pharmaceutical logistics and related services are performed in compliance with internal procedures, customer requirements, and applicable regulatory standards, while promoting continuous improvement and quality awareness across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working and thinking level through experience, preferably in pharmacy, life sciences, quality, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a QA role within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, logistics, or 3PL sector
• Experience with process automation or data management using current automation tools, such as Power BI, is required
• Knowledge of GDP, GMP, and applicable pharmaceutical quality standards
• Experience with audits, deviations, CAPA, document control, and quality systems is preferred
• Experience working with computerized systems within a regulated environment is preferred
• Experience in preparing and delivering training programs is preferred
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
• Proactive, accurate, and solution-oriented
• A strong command of the English language, both written and spoken, is required
• Basic knowledge of the Dutch language and effective communication skills in Dutch are preferred
