Job summary

Cencora is hiring for a role within Alloga Europe, supporting third-party logistics activities in the Netherlands. The position focuses on translating customer needs into effective logistics solutions, driving continuous improvement, and collaborating with multiple teams across Europe.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in a logistics-related field, 2+ years in logistics, strong Excel skills, familiarity with Power BI, and knowledge of GDP/GMP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, transportation, operations management, business administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, warehouse operations, air freight operations, or related field.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel; Power BI is a plus.
• Experience with warehouse management, automation systems, and CAD software.
• Supply chain experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector.
• Knowledge of GDP and/or GMP is an advantage.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills; quality awareness; clear communication in English; Dutch a plus.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer needs into solutions for customers and organization.
• Initiate improvements at a national level for warehouses and production facilities.
• Design tools, models, and processes for continuous improvement.
• Participate in projects across Alloga in the Netherlands and Europe.
• Follow documented instructions in the quality management system.
• Lead or support solution design, improvement, and change projects.
• Communicate changes to stakeholders and prepare dashboards and reports.
• Ensure patient safety and product integrity.
