Job summary

Cencora is seeking a QA Specialist to support the Quality Management System in a pharmaceutical 3PL environment within Europe, supporting Alloga operations. The role focuses on ensuring activities comply with GDP/GMP standards and customer requirements, while driving continuous quality improvements across the organization.

The successful candidate will manage audits, CAPAs, deviations, and document control, and will partner with operational teams to foster a quality-first culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, life sciences, quality, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years’ QA experience in pharma, healthcare, logistics, or 3PL.
• Experience with audits, deviations, CAPA, document control, and quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, perform, and report internal audits of systems and processes.
• Support external audits by customers, suppliers, certification bodies, and regulatory authorities.
• Conduct or support supplier audits and follow up on audit findings.
• Monitor non-conformances, complaints, CAPAs, and improvement actions.
• Identify quality risks and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Maintain and improve quality procedures, work instructions, and the quality manual.
• Provide quality-related advice to operational departments and support process improvements.
• Develop or deliver training materials to promote quality awareness and compliance.
• Communicate quality, safety, and regulatory requirements across the organization.
• Represent QA in contacts with customers, suppliers, auditors, and regulatory bodies as required.

This role is in support of Cencora's third party logistics service in Europe operating through our Alloga business. We are seeking a QA Specialist to support the effective operation and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System within a pharmaceutical 3PL environment. The successful candidate will help ensure that all activities are performed in compliance with applicable GDP/GMP standards, internal procedures, customer requirements, and relevant regulatory obligations.

Purpose of the Role

The Purpose of the Role is to ensure that pharmaceutical logistics and related services are performed in compliance with internal procedures, customer requirements, and applicable regulatory standards, while promoting continuous improvement and quality awareness across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working and thinking level through experience, preferably in pharmacy, life sciences, quality, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a QA role within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, logistics, or 3PL sector
• Experience with process automation or data management using current automation tools, such as Power BI, is required
• Knowledge of GDP, GMP, and applicable pharmaceutical quality standards
• Experience with audits, deviations, CAPA, document control, and quality systems is preferred
• Experience working with computerized systems within a regulated environment is preferred
• Experience in preparing and delivering training programs is preferred
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
• Proactive, accurate, and solution-oriented
• A strong command of the English language, both written and spoken, is required
• Basic knowledge of the Dutch language and effective communication skills in Dutch are preferred
