Job summary

Alloga Netherlands is seeking a skilled logistics professional to translate customer needs into compliant solutions across Europe. You will contribute to continuous system improvements, design dashboards, and support cross-team projects in warehousing, transportation, and GDP/GMP compliance.

With a Bachelor's degree and at least two years in logistics, you will use Excel and Power BI, CAD tools, and warehouse systems to analyze incidents, identify bottlenecks, and propose sustainable

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, transportation, operations management, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience required
  • 2+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, warehouse operations, air freight operations, supply chain operations, or a related field required
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel; Power BI is a plus
  • Experience with warehouse management, automation systems, and CAD software
  • Supply chain experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector
  • Knowledge of GDP and/or GMP is an advantage
  • Analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • Quality awareness
  • Communicates clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Dutch language will be a plus

Responsibilities

  • Translate customer needs in commercial processes into appropriate solutions that are suitable for both the customer and the organization
  • Initiate and implement improvements at a national level for warehouses and/or production facilities in collaboration with other supply chain partners
  • Design tools, models, and processes for continuous system improvement, for example by facilitating improvement workshops
  • Participate in projects across Alloga, both in the Netherlands and across Europe
  • Perform tasks in accordance with the documented instructions in the quality management system
  • Lead or support solution design, improvement, and change projects within Alloga
  • Support the Manager Business Development, Alloga Operations, Manager Client Relations, and project/program management with specific logistics-related issues
  • Analyze incidents and formulate proposals for long‑term solutions
  • Identify bottlenecks, risks, and opportunities for operational and system optimization
  • Develop practical and sustainable solutions to improve performance and efficiency
  • Ensure effective communication regarding commercial processes, solutions, change and improvement programs, and projects
  • Prepare solutions, presentations, dashboards, and/or management reports related to progress and performance
  • Communicate changes in solutions, processes, and documentation clearly to relevant stakeholders
  • Perform tasks according to the agreed planning and as described in the instructions, including those in the quality management system
  • Complete the initial function‑specific training plan and continuously maintain it as part of the quality system
  • Ensure the right level of quality, product integrity, and patient safety
  • Deviations may potentially endanger patients and/or put commercial relationships at risk
