Job summary

Alloga (Nederland) B.V. is looking for Customer Service Employees to manage daily operations for pharmaceutical customers, including order entry and inventory management. You will coordinate national and international shipments, handle complaints, and work with warehouse, transport planning and quality teams to ensure high standards of service.

The role requires English proficiency; Dutch is a plus. Full-time and part-time positions are available.

Qualifications

• MBO+ or HBO level in a business subject or equivalent experience.
• Good command of English; Dutch is preferable but not required.
• Excellent communication and customer service mindset.
• Able to work under pressure and in teams.
• Experience with WMS/ERP systems is preferred.
• Proactive problem solving and order processing focus.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations for pharmaceutical customers including order entry.
• Process daily order flow, inventory management, invoicing and reporting to customers.
• Handle complaints and irregularities and coordinate shipments nationally and internationally.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as warehouse, transport planning and quality.
• Ensure compliance with procedures focusing on quality, cost and efficiency.
