Job summary

ITT Inc. is seeking an HR Operations Specialist to support employees, supervisors, and managers across a broad range of people and HR activities. The role combines a visible presence on the production floor with accurate execution of HR processes, systems, documentation, and administrative follow-up.

You will be an accessible HR contact, help resolve day-to-day people matters, and ensure reliable and compliant HR delivery in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Previous experience in HR, employee support, administration, customer service, or another people-facing environment (3+ years).
• Experience in a manufacturing, operational, or fast-paced environment is preferred.
• Comfortable working both on the production floor and in an office environment.
• Working knowledge of HR systems and Microsoft Office; ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Professional fluency in Dutch and English is preferred for the local and international work environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a visible and approachable HR presence within production and office areas.
• Build effective relationships with employees, supervisors, managers, and HR colleagues.
• Respond to employee questions and concerns in a timely, clear, and professional manner.
• Support onboarding, internal moves, employee changes, and offboarding activities.
• Maintain employee data, personnel files, and HR system records with accuracy.
• Coordinate recruitment activities, interviews, candidate communication, and pre-employment documentation.
• Coordinate training activities, participation records, logistics, and administrative follow-up.
