Job summary

ITT Inc. is seeking an FP&A Analyst to deliver financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting and business analysis. You will develop BI dashboards, provide reliable insights, and support cost control and cash flow optimization across the organization.

The role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel and BI tools, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decisions in a global manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of FP&A, financial analysis, controlling or related finance function.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting processes.
• Strong knowledge of BI tools, dashboards, and data-driven reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans with regular updates.
• Analyze performance against budgets, highlighting variances and risks.
• Develop financial scenarios and projections for management decisions.
• Review trends and translate findings into financial expectations.
• Support cash flow planning and evaluate initiatives' impact.
• Develop and maintain financial dashboards and reporting tools.
• Partner with teams to translate strategy into measurable actions.
• Promote data-driven decision-making across the organization.
