Job summary

AVer Europe is seeking a detail-oriented HR Manager to lead the European operations team from Rotterdam. You will manage partnerships with local payroll providers, ensure labor law compliance across multiple countries, and supervise our European HR and office administration team to drive productivity and operational excellence.

The role requires 2+ years of HR management experience in a pan-European setting, strong English and Dutch, and on-site collaboration with a multicultural team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of progressive HR management experience in an international or pan-European environment.
• In-depth knowledge of EU labor law, HR policies, compliance and people management best practices.
• Willingness to work on-site in Rotterdam and collaborate with a multicultural, international team.
• Business fluency in English and Dutch.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 2+ years of progressive HR management experience in an international or pan-European environment.
• Knowledge of EU labor law, HR policies, compliance requirements, and best practices in people management.
• Ability to work on-site in Rotterdam and collaborate effectively with a multicultural, international team.
• Business fluency in English and Dutch.
• Soft Skills: Strong vendor negotiation skills, proactive problem-solving.
• Preferred Qualifications (Big Plus): Direct experience in supply chain logistics or operations management, particularly with outsourced warehouse partnerships.
