• At least 10 years of experience in HR, with proven experience supervising day-to-day team operations and handling escalations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a 3-person HR sub-team (HR Generalist + Office Managers/HR Admins).
• Oversee end-to-end HR processes across NL & FR, including payroll, on-boarding, and offboarding.
• Provide advisory support on labor legislation in the Netherlands and France.
