Job summary

Sympower is seeking a People and Culture Manager (8-month maternity cover) to own end-to-end hiring, onboarding, engagement and development for our Amsterdam team. You will partner with the Leadership Team to shape people strategy, advise on organisational design and govern our people policies while championing our evolving culture.

You will lead, coach and support the People Operations, Recruitment and Facilities Teams, acting as a business partner to enable teams and ensuring an inclusive,

Qualifications

University degree or proven HR leadership experience.
Strong leadership and relationship-building across a scaling organisation.
Experience identifying development needs and implementing learning initiatives.
Track record delivering People & Culture initiatives for growth while maintaining culture.
Fluent in English; other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end hiring, onboarding, engagement, and development of employees.
Lead People Operations, Recruitment and Facilities Teams.
Partner with Leadership to design people strategy and organisation design.
Govern HR policies and cultivate company culture.
Provide HR guidance for expansion into new countries and M&A in EMEA.
