Job summary

WAIMAKERS in Amsterdam is seeking an HR generalist to own the recruiting pipeline, onboarding, and end-to-end people operations in a hybrid, full-time setting.

You will match consultants to projects, drive staffing as priorities shift, and design PD/PM cycles, trainings, and offsites. You will work with the Head of People & Culture and experiment with AI tools to streamline admin while growing the team.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in HR, People & Culture or People Operations.
• Staffing experience: matching the right person to the right project when plans change fast.
• A generalist who owns a process end to end, from recruiting to performance management, and follows through.
• Genuinely into AI for HR: you make the process lighter with it, you don't just talk about it.
• Comfortable in Dutch and English.
