Job summary

The Hoxton Lloyd is seeking a People & Culture Coordinator to join our Amsterdam team. This full-time, permanent role focuses on recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle support within a vibrant hospitality environment.

You’ll work closely with the Talent & Culture team to ensure smooth HR processes, maintain accurate records, and support payroll-related tasks. Fluency in Dutch and English is essential and a proactive, collaborative attitude is valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably within hospitality.
• Passion for creating a positive workplace culture and enhancing employee experience.
• You’re organised, detail-oriented and able to juggle priorities while getting things done.
• You communicate clearly in Dutch and English and are familiar with HR systems and payroll processes.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment activities, including job advertising, CV screening, telephone interviews and preparing contracts and offers.
• Coordinate onboarding for new starters, including onboarding plans, system access and People Inductions.
• Monitor 30-day and annual reviews and follow up where needed.
• Support the employee lifecycle and engagement initiatives and surveys.
• Maintain accurate employee records, trackers and HR systems; assist payroll processes.
