The Hoxton Lloyd in Amsterdam is seeking a People & Culture Coordinator to support recruitment, onboarding, and HR administration. You’ll help manage the employee lifecycle and coordinate engagement initiatives within a welcoming hospitality-focused environment.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in a similar role, strong organizational skills, and fluency in English (Dutch a plus). This role offers growth opportunities within a globally expanding brand.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably within hospitality.
• Passion for creating a positive workplace culture and enhancing employee experience.
• You’re organized, detail-oriented and able to juggle priorities while getting things done.
• You communicate clearly in English; Dutch is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Support recruitment activities: job ads, CV screening, interviews and offers.
• Coordinate onboarding for new starters and onboarding plans.
• Monitor contract expiry dates and follow up on timely actions.
• Support employee lifecycle by monitoring 30-day and annual reviews.
• Coordinate engagement initiatives and surveys as part of L&D calendar.
• Be the first point of contact for day-to-day People queries.
