7people is seeking a People and Culture Consultant to deliver practical HR guidance and strategic advice across client projects. You will support HR foundations for some clients and provide interim HRBP or project support for others, driving engagement and performance.

You will lead initiatives in culture, learning, recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and compensation, leveraging your startup/scale-up exposure and strong English/Dutch communication skills.

Qualifications

• 4–10 years of HR experience in broad HR roles.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders outside your department (managers/CEO).
• Understanding of Dutch employment law is required.

Responsabilités

• Join clients on projects or interim basis and help them move to the next HR phase.
• Lead projects on Culture & Values, Learning & Development, Recruitment, onboarding, engagement, experience, HR tooling, compensation, career levels, salary frameworks, performance and growth.
