Job summary

7people, a people and culture consultancy in the Netherlands, builds a pool of professionals to match with permanent roles at client companies. As a (Sr) People Operations Specialist or HR Officer, you’ll join a client on a permanent basis, handling day-to-day HR operations and driving people processes.

You’ll be the first contact for HR questions, manage onboarding and offboarding, maintain the HRIS, coordinate payroll, and ensure compliance with local labor laws, while staying closely

Qualifications

• Several years experience in HR operations within Netherlands.
• Experience with onboarding, offboarding, and lifecycle tasks.
• Strong knowledge of Dutch labor laws and HR policies.
• Experience coordinating payroll and liaising with payroll providers.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle tasks
• Serve as the first point of contact for employees regarding HR-related questions and support
