Job summary

Vanderlande in Veghel is looking for a People Development Manager to support the growth of development teams within the Central Data & Analytics Department. This role involves working closely with local HR and driving the department's expansion through effective communication and agile methodologies.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Data & Analytics, alongside significant leadership experience. A highly motivated professional environment with a hybrid work model is also offered, providing a blend of office and remote work.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in an agile delivery environment.
• 1+ years as an agile coach or scrum master.
• 5+ years in Data & Analytics roles.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience.
• Strong background in data literacy.

Responsibilities

• Build and support development teams within the department.
• Drive success through influence, not authority.
• Facilitate communication between teams and stakeholders.
