Job summary

Jobtailor in ’s-Hertogenbosch is seeking a technically skilled professional to join our services team. You will resolve PC and server hardware and software issues, communicate with customers and the sales team, and build a knowledge base of products.

You should have an engineering or computer science degree and at least three years of related experience, plus strong teamwork, ownership, integrity, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Engineering or computer science degree with 3+ years related work experience.
• Strong sense of team work, organizational skills, and a good team player.
• Ownership (take full responsibility & accountability to the assigned projects and tasks).

• Strong affinity with PC/Server hardware.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for technical services and work directly with customers resolving technical issues including server systems, PC systems and computer peripherals.
• Identifying technical issues and resolve computer hardware & software problems.
• Establish and maintain lines of communication with sales team to discuss services and technical issues.
• Continually develop knowledge base of current and new products.
• Create and maintain professional relationships with customers.
• Provide service to effectively resolve customer concerns and issues.
• Help 24hrs technical support phone/email and weekly FAQ.
