Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a technical desktop support role preferred.
• MBO in IT related fields.
• English is required, Dutch is a pro.
• Service oriented.
• Lives relatively close to the Super Micro EMEA office.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and manage service tickets.
• Set up and configure laptops and desktops; install peripherals.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve requests related to IT support.
