Job summary

NN Bank in The Hague is seeking a Technology Manager Payments to lead end-to-end technology management for the Daily Banking Payments domain and a 20-strong team. You will drive the technology transformation, set the roadmap, and ensure 24/7 availability and high-quality delivery.

You will align IT operations with business needs, manage vendors and stakeholders, and uphold security and regulatory requirements, including DORA, to deliver reliable value.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of technology management experience in the Dutch banking industry.
• End-to-end IT operations management with 24/7 value chains.
• Strong understanding of IT risk management and regulatory requirements.
• Extensive IT vendor management and SaaS deployment experience.
• Proven leadership to inspire and develop teams and drive results.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a ~20-strong team within Daily Banking Technology.
• Translate domain goals into a Technology roadmap and change portfolio.
• Own the Payments domain's technology lifecycle and 24/7 availability.
• Identify staff needs and align skills to emerging technologies.
• Manage IT vendors and ensure SLA compliance and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Drive cybersecurity, resilience, and compliance with regulations including DORA.
