Job summary

NN Bank in The Hague is seeking a Technology Manager for Savings & Bancassurance to lead the end-to-end technology management of the daily banking domain. You will build and guide a 20-strong team of software developers, information analysts and QA engineers, driving ownership, collaboration and continuous improvement across the technology lifecycle.

You will align technology strategy with business goals, manage vendors and stakeholders, and ensure 24/7 availability and high performance while

Qualifications

At least 5 years of technology management experience in the banking sector.
Experience in end-to-end IT operations and ensuring reliable 24/7 value chains.
Strong understanding of IT risk management, control frameworks and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

Liaise with domain lead and translate goals into a technology roadmap and change portfolio.
Ensure alignment with tech guardrails at bank and NN Group level and manage the domain technology lifecycle.
Identify and fulfill long-term staff needs, mapping skills to emerging technologies.
Oversee end-to-end management of products, securing 24/7 availability, performance and stability, meeting client and business needs.
