Job summary

NN Bank in The Hague is seeking a Technology Manager for Savings & Bancassurance to lead a 20-strong team and translate business goals into a robust technology roadmap. You will drive end-to-end IT operations, risk management and 24/7 service delivery within a highly regulated banking environment.

You will collaborate with stakeholders across risk, IT and business units to shape NN Bank's technology strategy, sponsor development, and ensure compliant, secure, high-performance value chains.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of technology management experience in the Dutch banking industry.
• Experience in end-to-end IT operations and 24/7 value chains.
• Strong understanding of daily banking IT requirements, risk management and regulatory demands.
• Extensive experience in IT vendor management, SaaS deployment and SLA monitoring.
• Proven leadership to inspire and develop teams and drive results.

Responsibilities

• Translate the domain goals into a Technology roadmap and change portfolio for Savings & Bancassurance.
• Identify and fulfill long-term staff needs, matching skills to emerging technologies.
• End-to-end management of the Savings & Bancassurance domain’s products, ensuring 24/7 availability and reliability.
• Manage IT vendors and stakeholders; monitor SLA compliance and align with risk and compliance.
• Drive cybersecurity, resilience and regulatory compliance within the domain.
