Job summary

NN Bank is seeking an experienced Technology Manager for the Savings & Bancassurance domain. You will lead the technology transformation, shape delivery roadmaps, and manage a 24/7 product chain with internal teams and IT vendors.

You will translate business ambitions into concrete technology choices, drive priorities, and ensure IT risk, vendor performance, and regulatory compliance are embedded across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience in the Dutch financial or banking sector, preferably in a regulated environment.
• Hands-on end-to-end IT operations experience delivering reliable 24/7 product chains.
• Experience in IT vendor management, SaaS services, SLA performance, and stakeholder alignment across business, tech, risk, and external partners.
• Solid understanding of IT risk, control frameworks, and regulations such as DORA; able to inspire teams and embed standards across the organisation.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology transformation as part of NN Bank's technology leadership team.
• Translate product roadmaps into technology delivery plans and drive the change portfolio.
• Provide hierarchical leadership to ~20 technology employees and foster ownership and continuous improvement.
• Manage IT vendors, SLA performance, and cross-functional stakeholder alignment.
• Ensure risk and regulatory controls align with DORA and NN standards.
