You will translate regulatory and product requirements into scalable, compliant processes that enhance reliability, security, and customer experience across our financial services platform.

The role focuses on end-to-end process excellence across lending, payments, and regulatory obligations, working with product, compliance, and finance teams

Responsibilities

• Lead the analysis, design, and optimisation of end-to-end Financial Services processes.
• Support strategic initiatives and product launches by translating business requirements into scalable process solutions.
• Identify process risks, control weaknesses, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities across domains.
• Assess operational, compliance, regulatory, and customer impacts of proposed process changes.
• Facilitate workshops and align stakeholders across Product, Operations, Finance, Risk, and Technology teams.
• Develop process documentation, controls, decision frameworks, and governance standards.
