Job summary

Nationale-Nederlanden in The Hague seeks a Technology Manager Savings & Bancassurance to lead a ~20-person team and own end-to-end technology management for the Daily Banking Savings & Bancassurance domain. You will align IT capabilities with business goals, drive the technology transformation, and ensure 24/7 availability and regulatory compliance.

You will report to the Daily Banking Technology home base and work in a hybrid setting, collaborating with vendors, risk, and IT operation teams to

Qualifications

5+ years of technology management experience in the Dutch banking industry.
Proven experience in end-to-end IT operations and 24/7 value chains.
Experience in IT vendor management and SaaS deployment.
Ability to define roadmaps and manage stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Translate domain goals into a technology roadmap and change portfolio.
Identify long-term staffing needs and match skills to emerging technologies.
End-to-end management of the Savings & Bancassurance domain’s products, ensuring 24/7 availability, performance and stability.
Monitor vendor SLA compliance and manage stakeholder expectations.
Drive cybersecurity, resilience and regulatory compliance (DORA) across the IT landscape.
