Job summary

Responsibilities

• Ensure the efficient running of the shop floor to achieve high levels of customer service, sales and profit.
• Support the management team in personnel, product & merchandising functions and store results.
• Participate in weekly management and staff meetings.
• Clearly communicate marketing and sales promotions to staff.
• Drive shop floor sales and exceed store targets by motivating the team.
• Foster a positive store experience for customers and colleagues.
• Ensure consistent training on product knowledge and store maintenance.
• Achieve standards for personal sales: sales vs budgets, SPH, UPT.
• Perform manager-on-duty functions and handle opening/closing duties.
• Help build a talent pool for key positions including possible successors.
