Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead store teams to generate sales, profit, and best customer experience.
• Identify opportunities to grow business and improve performance.
• Maintain visual merchandising directives and standards.
• Coordinate with VM team for clear communication.
• Partner with Store Manager to build on opportunities.
• Focus staff on quality relationships with customers; build repeat business.
• Conduct daily/weekly store walkthroughs; review performance and inventory.
• Communicate sales drivers to Store Manager and develop action plans.
• Analyze store reports and create improvement plans.
• Assist manpower planning, recruitment, interviewing and hiring.
• Work with Store Manager to develop bench strength for key positions.
• Participate in weekly management meetings.
• Communicate store and individual goals; provide guidance to improve performance.
• Deliver great customer journey and exemplary mystery shop results.
