Job summary

You will mentor staff, uphold brand standards, and drive VM-driven customer experiences on the shop floor.

You\'ll collaborate with field VM and store management to implement visual guidelines, plan window displays, and maintain high standards of layout, presentation and product storytelling.

Qualifications

• Retail experience and supervisory exposure.
• Strong eye for visual merchandising and brand presentation.
• Experience leading teams and resolving conflicts while delivering service excellence.
• Ability to communicate clearly and follow brand guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient shop floor operations, delivering high service, sales and profit.
• Manage personnel, product, merchandising, and store processes.
• Attend weekly management meetings and coordinate staff.
• Communicate promotions to staff and ensure POS accuracy and readiness.
• Drive shop floor sales and achieve targets through team motivation.
