Job summary

PVH Corp. Roosendaal Outlet is seeking a Full Time Supervisor (38 hours) for Tommy Hilfiger. You will lead the shop floor, drive sales, coach staff and ensure exceptional customer service in a premium brand environment.

The role emphasizes swift adaptation, strong people leadership, and a hands-on presence on the floor. You will collaborate with management to execute promotions, training, and store operations to meet targets and uphold PVH standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the efficient running of the shop floor to achieve customer service, sales and profit targets.
• Support the management team in personnel, product and merchandising responsibilities.
• Participate in weekly and staff meetings.
• Clearly communicate promotions to staff.
• Drive shop-floor sales and exceed store targets through team motivation.
• Foster a positive store experience with fair treatment of customers and colleagues.
• Support training on product knowledge and store maintenance.
• Achieve sales metrics: sales vs. budgets, sales per hour, units per transaction.
• Perform manager-on-duty duties and store opening/closing.
• Focus on building relationships with customers.
• Ensure consistent best practices in visual merchandising and back room.
• Collaborate with management to develop a talent pool for key positions.
