Based in a Calvin Klein store, you will drive daily operations, manage staff, and ensure the store reflects the brand's polished, customer-focused ethos while adapting to changing retail dynamics.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or specialist role within a premium or luxury brand.
• Experience in people management with the ability to resolve conflicts and disagreements.
• Good communication skills with the ability to build relationships easily.
• A team player who recognises and celebrates the contributions of others.
• Confident in giving feedback that promotes positive behavioural change.
• Able to adapt quickly to change and work with pace.
• Energetic and authentic with a strong presence on the shop floor.
• Can-do attitude and initiative to find in-store solutions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the efficient running of the shop floor to achieve the highest levels of customer service, sales and profit.
• Support the management team in handling personnel, product & merchandising functions, processes and store results.
• Participate in weekly management meetings and other staff meetings.
• Clearly communicate marketing and sales promotions to staff.
• Drive shop floor sales and exceed store targets by motivating the team to reach goals while delivering an exemplary store journey for customers.
• Foster a positive store experience by treating everyone fairly and consistently.
• Support the team in delivering the business strategy and ensure training on product knowledge and store upkeep.
• Achieve company standards for personal sales results: sales vs budgets, sales per hour, and units per transaction.
• Perform manager-on-duty functions and manage store openings/closes and the sales floor.
• Focus staff on building quality relationships with internal and external customers.
• Ensure staff accountability in building a repeat customer base through outstanding service.
• Ensure door-to-floor best practices with visual merchandising for sales floor and back room are executed consistently.
• Collaborate with the management team to build a talent pool for key positions, including potential successors.
