Job summary

CMC Worldwide is seeking an HR Officer for a hands-on, part-time role based in Zwolle. You’ll manage day-to-day HR operations, acting as the first contact for staff and management, and help draft practical HR policies to keep processes compliant and well-organised.

You’ll work in an international environment with Dutch and English; HBO-level HR education and at least 3 years of experience in a broad HR role are required. Living within about 60 minutes of Zwolle is expected.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years’ experience in a broad, operational HR role.
• Hands-on, independent worker in an international environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to set priorities.

Responsibilities

• HR administration from A to Z (contracts, personnel files).
• Managing sick leave and return-to-work support.
• Recruitment onboarding and offboarding input, including job adverts.
• Answering day-to-day HR queries and supporting management.
• Drafting, updating and implementing practical HR policies.
• Identifying improvements to HR processes.
• Developing and monitoring employee journey frameworks.
• Managing internal HR communications and channels.
• Coordinating team events and staff anniversaries.
