uButler is seeking an enthusiastic HR Generalist to join our international team in Amsterdam. The role covers the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment to payroll, compliance, wellbeing and engagement, with a focus on accurate administration and processes.

You will work closely with management to maintain a welcoming, well-informed workplace culture. The position is 28–32 hours per week, on-site in Amsterdam, with fluent English required and Dutch language skills a strong plus.

Formación

• Experience with Dutch HR operations and payroll processes.
• Knowledge of Dutch labour law is a plus.
• Familiarity with UWV Poortwachter and Dutch employment compliance is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Manage employee lifecycle from recruitment to onboarding and payroll inputs.
• Oversee HR operations, contracts, amendments and records in NMBRS.
• Coordinate recruitment, interviews and offers for varied roles.
• Coordinate onboarding, welcome packages, and early pulse checks.
• Support payroll, benefits and compliance and liaise with the IND/UWV as needed.
• Provide employee wellbeing support and handle absence procedures.
• Develop and revise HR policies aligned with Dutch law and company culture.
• Run internal communications and culture initiatives.
• Oversee office operations and workplace environment.
