Job summary

MYLAPS Sports Technology Group in Haarlem, The Netherlands, is seeking an HR Advisor (part-time, 24–32 hours/week) to join our HR team. You will advise managers and employees, help shape our HR tooling, and drive process improvements.

You’ll support HR reporting via Excel, manage HR administration, and collaborate with stakeholders across the organization. The role combines hands-on HR with system optimization and data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience as HR Advisor or in a similar HR role.
• Experience with HR systems; HiBob is a plus.
• Strong Excel skills for HR reporting and analytics.
• Analytical mindset with ability to challenge and improve processes.
• Solid knowledge of Dutch employment law and HR best practices.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, written and spoken.
• Based in the Netherlands and able to commute to Haarlem.

Responsibilities

• Advise team managers and employees on HR-related questions and act as a sparring partner.
• Contribute to the management and development of our HR system (HiBob) and help shape it.
• Drive HR process improvement and automation within HR.
• Build and maintain HR reporting using Excel to turn data into insights.
• Handle HR administration for your part of the organization and ensure accurate records.
