MYLAPS Sports Technology Group, headquartered in Haarlem, is seeking an HR Advisor to support the HR team in optimizing HR tooling and processes. You will advise managers and staff, and collaborate on HR systems enhancement.

In this role you’ll focus on analytics, reporting, and process improvements, while ensuring compliance with Dutch employment law. This is a hands-on position at our Haarlem office, with a collaborative, international team environment.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience as an HR Advisor or similar role.
• Experience with HR systems and process improvement; HiBob is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Advise team managers and employees on HR topics and act as sparring partner.
• Contribute to development and management of the HR system (HiBob).
• Drive HR process improvement and automation within HR.
• Build and maintain HR reporting using Excel to generate insights.
• Handle HR administration for your part of the organization, ensuring accurate records.
