Job summary

Q-Logic is seeking an independent HR Advisor to manage the Dutch HR process in an international, multi-site environment. You will work with managers, employees, and international stakeholders on a broad range of HR topics, balancing operational tasks with strategic advisory work.

The role covers recruitment, onboarding, payroll mutations, and HR process optimization in a 70-person Son en Breugel operation with a smaller Amsterdam office. English proficiency is essential; Dutch is helpful.

Qualifications

• Independent, hands-on HR professional with ability to balance advisory work and operational tasks.
• Experience working with Dutch labor law and employment regulations.
• Strong English communication; Dutch language is a plus.
• Experience coordinating onboarding, transfers, offboarding, and recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Advise managers and employees on HR topics.
• Coordinate onboarding, transfers and offboarding processes.
• Support recruitment and onboarding of new employees.
• Process and review HR and payroll mutations.
• Manage absenteeism cases and complex HR cases.
• Liaise with external parties like OH services and pension providers.
• Supervise a part-time HR Assistant and improve HR processes.
