Qualifications

• English fluency is required; Dutch is a plus.
• Self-starter with a passion for hospitality.
• Experience in a similar front desk role is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and night shifts.
• Two professional references required.

Responsibilities

• Create exceptional guest experiences with the team.
• Process guest check-ins and check-outs.
• Confirm reservations, assign rooms, and activate key cards.
• Handle payments and resolve late or disputed charges.
• Answer calls, messages, and guest requests.
• Provide directions and local recommendations.
• Serve food and beverages when needed.
• Keep the front office area clean and HACCP-compliant.
• Maintain front office equipment.
• Support the team and foster a positive work environment.
• Share local tips and discoveries with guests.
