Job summary

My Way in Amsterdam is seeking a Junior Sales Manager to own the full sales cycle, from first contact to signed deal. You will identify and win new hosts by pitching the platform’s value, and you’ll negotiate to close contracts while helping expand our network of locations for drivers.

You’ll collaborate with Customer Success and Operations to ensure every new location is a success from day one, and your feedback will help shape our sales approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's (HBO) level of education or equivalent.
• Some first sales experience, or a clear talent for picking it up fast.
• Strong commercial instincts and a natural way with people.
• Independent and proactive; you create your own opportunities.
• A background in hospitality, real estate or mobility is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from first contact to closed deal.
• Find and win new hosts: pitch, negotiate and close.
• Build partnerships that grow both sides of the platform.
• Nurture relationships with partners to drive growth.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Operations to ensure success from day one.
• Provide feedback to shape the sales strategy.
