Job summary

Mobypark, a leading Dutch parking platform in Amsterdam, is seeking a Customer Success and Account Management Intern to support parking owners and users on the platform. You will help onboard new partners, answer inquiries, and resolve issues to ensure a smooth experience.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in or recent completion of a degree in Business, Hospitality, Urban Studies, Communications, or related field.
• Strong customer service and communication to build trust with users and partners.
• Analytical ability to interpret data and spot trends.
• Experience in an international, tech-driven environment is a plus.
• Proficient in English; Dutch, French, or German a plus.
• Ability to collaborate in a small team and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist onboarding of new partners to the platform.
• Respond to customer inquiries with clarity and empathy.
