Job summary

My Way in Amsterdam is seeking an Operations Manager to bridge technology, parking locations and service teams. You will act as the first point of contact for on-site technical issues, analyze problems, fix or escalate, and keep stakeholders informed.

You will regularly inspect locations across the Netherlands, set quality standards, and train on-site teams, gathering feedback to continuously improve our service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's (HBO) level of education or equivalent.
• Technically minded and hands-on.
• Excellent communication in Dutch and English.
• Category B driving licence.
• Available full-time.

What will you do?

You're the link between our technology, our parking locations and the people who run them. In practice, that means:

• Location quality: you regularly inspect our locations across the Netherlands, set quality standards and make sure improvements are picked up quickly.
• Location owners and training: you're the go-to person for operational questions, you train on-site teams and gather the feedback that helps us keep improving our service.

Who are we looking for?

• Bachelor's (HBO) level of education or equivalent
• Technically minded and happy to roll up your sleeves
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English
• Category B driving licence
• Independent and solution-oriented
• Available full-time
