Job summary

Qogita, Amsterdam-based wholesale procurement startup, is seeking a Strategic Partnerships Intern to support the end-to-end acquisition pipeline. You will research brand partners, map decision-makers, and assist outreach while learning from the team Lead to qualify leads against commercial criteria.

You’ll coordinate purchase orders with K-beauty brands, maintain HubSpot records, and contribute to weekly reporting, gaining hands-on exposure to fast-growing FMCG wholesale dynamics.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's in Business/ Economics/ Strategy.
• Able to process commercial information quickly and make qualification calls.
• Clear written and verbal English communication with brand decision-makers.
• Organised and precise, able to manage multiple live leads and orders.
• Familiarity with CRM tools; HubSpot is a plus.
• Interest in FMCG, CPG, wholesale or Health & Beauty industries.
• Previous internship or project experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Research high-potential brand partners and map key decision-makers.
• Assist outbound outreach campaigns via email, calls, and LinkedIn.
• Qualify inbound/outbound leads against commercial criteria before escalation.
• Coordinate purchase orders with brands and liaise with logistics.
• Maintain clean pipeline records in HubSpot and help weekly reporting.
