Job summary

Qogita invites driven students to join our operations team in Amsterdam for a logistics-focused internship. You will support metrics, supplier coordination, and process improvements while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-growing global scale-up.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

• Excellent written and verbal English communication across teams.
• Proactive, problem-solving mindset able to work independently or with others.
• Willingness to learn tools like CRMs, admin portals, monitoring systems, and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing operations, including metrics and performance, tracking, supplier coordination and unblocking operational issues.
• Work closely with suppliers to deliver fast, reliable delivery to end customers.
• Help improve internal processes for shipping and warehouse management.
• Monitor shipment status, resolve delivery issues, and optimize routes with the logistics team.
• Contribute to projects to enhance logistics performance, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.
• Provide operational support to coordinate between internal teams and external partners.
• Identify root causes of risks and opportunities and propose practical solutions.
• Play a vital role in refining processes to keep operations running smoothly.

The role

You are a driven and curious individual currently finalizing studies for a degree in a STEM field, logistics, supply chain management or related discipline. You are eager to gain real-world experience, develop new skills, and make a meaningful impact in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

In this role, attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive mindset are essential. You’ll play a key role in assisting our operations to ensure smooth, efficient processes and contribute to Qogita’s mission of delivering exceptional service standards.

This internship offers an exciting opportunity to kickstart your career and grow as part of a close-knit, diverse team in a global scale-up. As we are a global company with headquarters in the Netherlands, any additional European language competencies would be a bonus.

What You'll Do

• Assist in managing operations, including metrics and performance, tracking, supplier coordination and unblocking operational issues
• Work closely with our suppliers to deliver the best experience possible (fast, reliable delivery) to our end customers
• Help improve internal processes for shipping, and warehouse management
• Work with the logistics team to monitor and track shipment status, resolve delivery issues, and optimize routes
• Contribute to projects focused on enhancing logistics performance, reducing costs, and improving supply chain efficiency
• Provide operational support to ensure smooth coordination between internal teams and external logistics partners
• Identify the root cause of risks and opportunities, propose multiple, practical solutions, and weigh tradeoffs to recommend the best approach to bring efficiencies and growth to our operations
• Play a vital role in Qogita’s success by building and refining processes that keep our operations running smoothly.

What You'll Bring

• Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail, with a genuine eagerness to learn, grow, and take on new challenges.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to build positive relationships across teams.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Confidence using, or a willingness to learn, tools such as CRMs, admin portals, monitoring systems, and business analytics platforms.
• A curiosity for technology - you enjoy tinkering with new tools and finding smarter ways of working.
• Based in, or able to commute to, our Amsterdam office at least four days per week.
• Enrolled at a Dutch university with the right to work in the Netherlands.
• Available to start in September 2026.
