Job summary

Qogita is seeking a Buyer Operations Intern to support buyers through every stage of their experience on the platform in Amsterdam. You will help ensure the post-purchase process remains high quality and consistent.

You will handle inquiries, assist with claims, and coordinate between buyers and suppliers while contributing to ongoing process improvements and learning AI-enabled tools during the internship.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in business, communication, or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, independent yet collaborative work style.
• Open to AI tools and comfortable with tech platforms.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound buyer inquiries across email and chat and resolve cases timely.
• Review and investigate buyer claims, gather evidence, and liaise with suppliers.
• Coordinate between buyers and suppliers to drive fair outcomes.
• Flag recurring issues and contribute to process improvements.
