Job summary

Soho House Amsterdam is seeking an experienced Hotel Night Manager to oversee the hotel and wider House operations during the night. You will lead the night team and act as the senior on-shift contact, managing front desk activities including check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and guest inquiries.

You’ll collaborate with the Front of House Manager to uphold the high hospitality standards Soho House is known for and ensure a safe, seamless overnight experience for members and guests.

Qualifications

• Prior leadership roles in hospitality, night management or reception management.
• Strong problem-solving and guest-relations skills with a track record of resolving issues.
• Experience with Opera and/or Salesforce is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hotel and House operations during night shift, ensuring safety and guest satisfaction.
• Lead the night team and act as senior on-shift contact, coordinating front desk activities.
• Collaborate with Front of House Manager to maintain Soho House standards.
