Sofitel Legend The Grand Amsterdam, a Five Star luxury hotel in the heart of Amsterdam, seeks a Night Manager to lead the night shift and ensure exceptional service and security. You will supervise operations, conduct night audits, and hand over seamlessly to the morning team, maintaining the highest standards of guest experience.

The ideal candidate has proven Night Manager experience, fluent English, and the ability to make quick, informed decisions during night hours in a luxury setting.

Qualifications

• Fluent English is required; additional languages are a plus.
• Night Manager experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main point of contact for guests during the night.
• Oversee a smooth night operation with high luxury standards.
• Monitor and adjust the night schedule and staffing as needed.
• Conduct the night audit and ensure revenue is recorded accurately.
• Coordinate with Front Office and other departments for handovers and communications.
