Job summary

Soho House Amsterdam is seeking a Turndown Attendant to join the Housekeeping team. This role involves delivering high-standard evening turndown service, refreshing rooms, and addressing guest requests in a fast-paced luxury hotel environment.

The position offers full-time or part-time opportunities with evening shifts from 15:00 to 23:00 in Amsterdam. Competitive monthly gross salary and various staff benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality or housekeeping experience is beneficial but not essential
• Positive attitude and excellent attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
• Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
• Able to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Right to work in the Netherlands

Responsibilities

• Complete evening turndown service to the highest standards
• Refresh guest rooms and ensure they are comfortable and welcoming for the evening
• Respond to guest requests promptly and professionally
• Replenish amenities, linens, towels, and minibar items as required
• Help create a memorable and seamless guest experience throughout the evening
• Take care of public areas cleanliness
• Full-time or part-time opportunities available
• Primarily evening shifts from 15:00 - 23:00
• A mix of weekday and weekend shifts
• Flexibility during busy periods and peak seasons
