Job summary

Soho House Amsterdam is seeking an experienced Hotel Night Manager to oversee overnight hotel and House operations, ensuring a safe, seamless, and exceptional experience for members and guests.

Reporting to the Front of House Manager, you will lead the night team, manage front desk activities, handle reservations, guest inquiries, special requests, and resolve overnight issues while upholding Soho House's high hospitality standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as Night Manager, Reception Manager, or similar leadership role.
• Strong problem-solving skills for guest concerns and complaints.
• Experience with Opera and/or Salesforce is highly desirable.
• Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.
• Fluent English; Dutch is a strong advantage.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee night hotel and House operations.
• Lead the night team and coordinate with Front of House Manager.
• Manage front desk activities: check-ins, check-outs, reservations, guest inquiries, and special requests.
• Resolve overnight issues while maintaining Soho House standards.
