Zusammenfassung

Soho House Amsterdam is seeking an experienced Hotel Night Manager to oversee the hotel and wider House operations during the night. You will lead the night team and act as the senior on-shift contact, managing front desk activities including check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and guest inquiries.

You’ll collaborate with the Front of House Manager to uphold the high hospitality standards Soho House is known for and ensure a safe, seamless overnight experience for members and guests.

Qualifikationen

• Prior leadership roles in hospitality, night management or reception management.
• Strong problem-solving and guest-relations skills with a track record of resolving issues.
• Experience with Opera and/or Salesforce is highly desirable.

The Role

We’re looking for an experienced Hotel Night Manager to join our team at Soho House Amsterdam. In this role, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the hotel and wider House operation throughout the night, ensuring a safe, seamless, and exceptional experience for both members and guests.

Working closely with the Front of House Manager, you’ll lead the night team and act as the senior point of contact during your shift. You’ll oversee all front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, reservations, guest enquiries, special requests, and overnight issue resolution, while maintaining the high standards of hospitality that Soho House is known for.

This is an ideal opportunity for a hospitality professional who enjoys taking ownership, leading a team, and creating a welcoming environment during the quieter, yet equally important, overnight hours.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience as a Night Manager, Reception Manager, or similar leadership role in a fast-paced hospitality environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and experience managing guest concerns and complaints effectively
• Experience with Opera and/or Salesforce is highly desirable
• A collaborative team player with excellent communication skills
• Flexible availability, including weekends and overnight shifts
• Strong organisational, administrative, and attention-to-detail skills
• Fluent English, both written and spoken; Dutch is a strong advantage
• Calm, professional, and confident under pressure
