Job summary

WP SEO AI in Amsterdam is looking for a Business Development Representative to build our outbound pipeline and engage potential clients for our AI-powered SEO platform. You will join a fast-growing, international team and contribute to scaling our sales motion across Europe.

You’ll work closely with RevOps and Account Executives, pursuing 40 meetings per month with potential to exceed 100 with focus and consistency.

Qualifications

• Experience in outbound sales and customer contact.
• Dutch fluency with good English proficiency.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
• Interest in Tech and Marketing.
• Positive, proactive mindset with sales persistence.
• Driven and eager to learn with a focus on improvement.

Responsibilities

• Spend most of your day on the phone, turning first contact into opportunities.
• Reach out to new prospects via calls, email and LinkedIn with outbound focus.
• Convert high-quality leads provided by RevOps into meetings.
• Collaborate with Account Executives for smooth handover and conversions.
• Analyze performance, share insights and improve weekly.
